**Order Processing**

All orders are printed and fulfilled on demand by our production partner, Printful. Please allow **2–5 business days** for production before your order is shipped. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.


**Shipping Times**

Once your order has been fulfilled, estimated delivery times are:

- **Canada:** 4–8 business days

- **United States:** 3–7 business days

- **International:** 10–20 business days


These are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.


**Shipping Rates**

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered.


**Tracking**

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


**Customs & Duties (International Orders)**

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the order total.


**Lost or Damaged Orders**

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at Livinupliftin@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll work with Printful to resolve the issue promptly.
